What is a Career Coach?
A Career Coach partners with Individual Contributors to aid in the process of optimizing their functionality in their roles. A Career Coach also partners with Individuals’ Contributors who are transitioning to Emerging Leaders and Managers offering tailored and specialized coaching to aid in the process of transitioning to managing others. Both will be provided the necessary tools to contribute more effectively and efficiently to today’s ever-changing workplace environment. Career Coaches partner with individuals transitioning to management roles in an Emerging Leaders’ capacity offering them tailored and specialized coaching to support the process of developing their confidence as managers, building their brand and messaging helping them navigate their careers in a new space as well as cultivate existing and create new networks.
A Career Coach partners with individuals who are seeking to break through obstacles potentially preventing them from progressing from where they are to where they want to go. I offer support and strategic tools that will help them grow, find clarity, transform, and transition to the next level of their career reaching their goals while building their skills and confidence.
A Career Coach offers unbiased, impartial feedback tailored so that you are able to achieve your goals. He/She provides a fresh perspective and ensures that his/her clients have access to various tools and techniques designed to assist them in better understanding where they are and how to get to where they want to be. A Career Coach will partner with you providing guidance and aiding in your growth and developmental process, so you are able to maximize your full personal and professional potential.
A Career Coach can also assist, if you are pivoting, transitioning, and/or reintegrating, in finding a new – the right – career for you by utilizing the right set of tools such as personality assessments, skill assessments, skill-gap analysis, and more. A Career Coach attentively listens with an open mind to what is being said so he/she is positioned to guide you in discovering what you want in life and in your career. According to the Institute of Coaching over 70% of individuals who receive coaching benefit from improved work performance, relationships, and more effective communication skills.
My role as an Executive and Career Coach is to help you to better understand what you want to do, provide you the tools, and assist you to get where you want to be professionally which also translates to where you want to be in life.

Time Management
Overview

No matter who you are, we all have 168 hours each week. Your ability to best utilize those 168 hours will ultimately determine your success. Using self-discovery, hands-on activities, and innovative concepts, throughout this high-energy training program, participants will learn how to get better control of their time and their lives in general. From setting achievable life and work-related goals to learning how to control their time and resources more efficiently and effectively. The program also stresses the importance of planning and prioritizing, dealing with and controlling interruptions, setting boundaries, and managing stress.
